Wickham House

We work for a number of independent developers who require a full suite of branding and marketing materials when launching a new residential scheme. Wickham House was the high profile home of the Richmond and Twickenham Times in 1873, which was acquired by the Dimbleby family in 1894 staying in their ownership until 2001. We developed a branding and marketing campaign for developer London Place as a tribute to the building’s literary history, naming each of the eight new homes after famous writers from the last century. It was a chance to show off our creative prowess and needless to say the apartments sold quickly.
